The approved merger of the investment firm Kathrein Capital Management GmbH (as transferring entity), Commercial Register no. FN 279402k, with the credit institution Kathrein Privatbank Aktiengesellschaft (as the acquiring entity), Commercial Register no. FN 144838y, was entered into the Commercial Register on 17.12.2025. As a result of the entry for Kathrein Capital Management GmbH being expunged as a result of the merger the entity’s licence has also lapsed.
