A licence was granted to Capital Solutions Advisory GmbH (Commercial Register no. FN 525593g) to act as an investment firm pursuant to Article 3 WAG 2018 in an administrative decision on 17 December 2019. Following its admittance to the Anlegerentschädigung für Wertpapierfirmen GmbH (AeW) and entry into the Commercial Register on 21 January 2020, it is authorised to provide investment advice as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 items a to c WAG 2018.
