FMA Guides

These Guides should provide insurance and reinsurance undertakings with assistance for implementation of the listed requirements on selected issues by explaining current provisions in a clearly structured manner and by means of practical examples. By doing so, it will also create a common understanding of the respective legal materials. No rights and obligations beyond those stipulated in the legal provisions can be derived from these Guides. The legal basis remains unaffected by these Guides.
