The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) approved the merger pursuant to Article 29 para. 1 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsicht 2016) of Merkur Lebensversicherung Aktiengesellschaft (FN 46082v) as the transferring undertaking into Merkur Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft (FN 38045z) as the acquiring undertaking in an administrative decision dated 06 August 2026.
