The cross-border provision of services by the EEA investment firm CAPITAL SECURITIES S.A. in Austria ended with effect from 14.06.2024. Provision of services pursuant to Article 34of the EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) is thereby no longer active, and the undertaking is not allowed to provide investment services in Austria.
