The Austrian Financial Market Authority FMA has withdrawn the licence of the investment services provider Fundpromoter Investment AG, with head offices at Mariahilfer Straße 123/7, 1060 Vienna, by administrative decision of October 2, 2008 with immediate effect. Consequently, the company is no longer entitled to provide the investment services “investment advice” and “receipt and transmission of orders”, in each case exclusively regarding financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 6 lit. a and c of the 2007 Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz (WAG 2007; Securities Supervision Act) (transferable securities such as shares, debt securities, certificates as well as units in domestic and foreign investment funds, domestic and foreign real estate funds and similar).
