The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) approved the cross-border merger of the investment firm TopTen Wertpapier GmbH (as transferring entity), Commercial Register No. FN 40432i, with the German investment firm FiNUM.Private Finance AG (as the acquiring entity), with German Commercial Register no. HRB 92036 B by means of an administrative decision dated 28.11.2024.
The merger was entered in the German Commercial Register deutscher Handelsregister on 10.03.2025. As a result of the merger, and resulting cancellation of TopTen Wertpapier GmbH ‘s entry in the Commercial Register, the entity’s licence has therefore also lapsed.
