The Austrian Financial Market Authority informs that Ertrag & Sicherheit Investmentfondsberatung Ges.m.b.H. has relinquished its licence as investment firm pursuant to Article 3 of the 2007 Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz (Securities Supervision Act) as per 10 August 2009. From this date, Ertrag & Sicherheit Investmentfondsberatung Ges.m.b.H. is no longer entitled to perform the investment services of providing investment advice or of receiving and transmitting orders with regard to financial instruments. From 11 August 2009, the former sales partners of Ertrag & Sicherheit Investmentfondsberatung Ges.m.b.H. will provide investment services under the liability umbrella of Jung, DMS & Cie. GmbH. Any already existing customers of Ertrag & Sicherheit Investmentfondsberatung Ges.m.b.H. will also be serviced by Jung, DMS & Cie. GmbH where investment services are concerned.
