The investment firm Centris Capital AG (Commercial Register No.: FN 315128z) submitted an application to extend the scope of its existing licence, which was approved by the FMA by means of an administrative decision, delivered in a legally effective manner on 17.06.2025.
The scope of the entity’s licence therefore includes authorisation to provide the following investment services and ancillary investment services on a commercial basis:
- Investment advice pursuant to Article 3 para. 2 no. 1 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018);
- Portfolio management pursuant to Article 3 para. 2 no. 2 WAG 2018;
- Receiving and transmitting of orders pursuant to Article 3 para. 2 no. 3 WAG 2018;
Respectively in relation to the financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 lits. a to d and h WAG 2018 as well as
- placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis pursuant to Article 3 para. 2 no. 9 WAG 2018 in relation to transferable securities pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 lit. a WAG 2018.
In addition, the licence also covers the permissibility of provision of services pursuant to Article 1 no. 45 WAG 2018 by way of securities intermediaries. The licence does not cover the authorisation to hold client funds and clients’ financial instruments.
