The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) wishes to draw attention to the fact that the company "Cifrenit Pro” with its registered address apparently in Vienna, and which operates the websites www.cifrenitpro.com and www.cifrenit.at is not supervised by the FMA. In particular, Cifrenit Pro does not have a licence or authorisation granted by the FMA for providing services requiring a licence in relation to the investment of crypto-assets.
Furthermore, it should also be noted that the FMA has lodged a criminal complaint with the law enforcement authorities regarding "Cifrenit Pro" and the business model that it advertises.
