The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has prohibited the distribution of membership packs of “Aladin Capital AG” (now “Swiss Dynasty Trust AG” with its registered office in Switzerland in the canton on Zug) in Austria pursuant to Article 47 para. 9 no. 1 of the Alternative Investment Fund Manager Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz). The reason for doing so is that there is no notification for distribution of the AIF in Austria.
