The Federal Act on the Recovery of HYPO ALPE ADRIA BANK INTERNATIONAL AG (HaaSanG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 51/2014, which entered into force on 1 August 2014, obliges the FMA to indicate, by regulation, those liabilities of HYPO ALPE ADRIA BANK INTERNATIONAL AG which need to be extinguished pursuant to Article 3 HaaSanG or deferred pursuant to Article 4 para. 1 HaaSanG. The recovery measures laid out in the HaaSanG become effective as of announcement of the regulation in the Federal Law Gazette (Federal Law Gazette II No. 195/2014) today.
