In an administrative decision dated 15.02.2022 FSG Sustainable GmbH (Commercial Register no. FN 347152v) was granted a licence as an investment firm pursuant to Article 3 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018). Following its admittance to the Anlegerentschädigung für Wertpapierfirmen GmbH (AeW), from 17.02.2022 it is authorised to provide investment advice on a commercial basis, portfolio management, as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 items a to k WAG 2018.
