ICBC Austria Bank GmbH in Gründung (ICBC Austria Bank GmbH once it has been entered in the Commercial Register) has been granted a licence to perform banking business in accordance with Article 1 para. 1 nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 lits. a-f, 7a, 8, 9, 11, 15, 16, 17 and 18 BWG following a decision by the European Central Bank (ECB) on 28 August 2018.
