Bitpanda Payments GmbH with its registered office at Jakov-Lind-Straße 2, 1020 Vienna was granted a licence on 25.03.2019 for the provision of provision of payment transactions pursuant to Article 1 para. 2 no. 3 of the Payment Services Act 2018 (ZaDiG 2018; Zahlungsdienstegesetz 2018), money remittance transactions pursuant to Article 1 para. 2 no. 6 ZaDiG 2018 as well as providing paying initiation services pursuant to Article 1 para. 2 no. 7 ZaDiG 2018.
