Following professional indemnity insurance pursuant to Article 4 para. 3 WAG 2018 becoming effective on 01.06.2026 and the ending of its activity as a tied agent on 01.06.2026, it is authorised to provide investment advice on a commercial basis as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 lits. a and c WAG 2018.
