Exmoors Partners LLP is a payment institution supervised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which was authorised to perform money remittance in Austria under the freedom to provide services.
By means of an FCA Decision on 14.09.2018 Exmoor Partners LLP has inter alia been instructed to cease to perform payment services (money remittance). Furthermore Exmoor Partners LLP shall not be allowed in any way to dispose of, deal with or diminish the value of any of its assets, whether held in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, without the prior written consent of the FCA.
