National legislation for the protection of the general good, to which the performance of insurance and reinsurance distribution by insurance and reinsurance undertakings in Austria are subject, including the information, to what extent Austria has decided to apply stricter rules than in Chapter V as well as pursuant to Article 29 (3) of Directive (EU) 2016/97 (Article 11 (1) Directive (EU) 2016/97):
