Sectoral Legal Sources on Sustainable Finance of Investment Funds

In addition to cross-sector sustainable finance legal sources on the disclosure of sustainability aspects like the SFDR and the Taxonomy Regulation, the integration of sustainability risks within the European delegated legal acts in relation to the AIFMD and the UCITS Directive were also stipulates (including organisational requirements, risk management, conflicts of interest). They were transposed by the InvFG 2011 for UCITS, and by delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1255 for AIFs.
