In an administrative decision dated 10 August 2023, the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) has approved the merger of D.A.S. Rechtsschutz AG into ERGO Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft.
The merger was entered in the Commercial Register (Firmenbuch) on 26 August 2023. As a result of the entry for D.A.S. Rechtsschutz AG being expunged as a result of the merger, the entity’s licence has also lapsed.
