The Austrian Financial Market Authority approved the merger of Sparkassen Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group into WIENER STÄDTISCHE VERSICHERUNG AG Vienna Insurance Group in an administrative decision dated 11.09.2018.
The entry of the mergers in the Commercial Register happened on 29.09.2018. As a result of the expunging of Sparkassen Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group in initiating the merger the entity’s licence also lapses.
