The licence of C-QUADRAT Kapitalanlage AG (now C-QUADRAT Wealth Management AG) for the provision of banking transactions requiring a licence pursuant to Article 1 para. 1 no. 13 BWG in conjunction with Article 5 para. 1 InvFG 2011 as well as for performing investment services pursuant to Article 5 para. 2 nos. 3 and 4 point a InvFG 2011 has lapsed as a result of being surrendered pursuant to Article 7 para. 1 no. 3 BWG in conjunction with Article 7 para. 2 InvFG 2011.
