In an administrative decision published on 10.01.2025, the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) determined that the licence granted to Othmar Polacsek on 01.10.2001 as an investment services provider has lapsed on 31.12.2024 following the licence being relinquished pursuant to Article 6 para. 3 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018) in conjunction with Article 7 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG; Bankwesengesetz).
