The licence held by Bancroft Private Equity GmbH (Commercial register no. FN 366252 g) to manage alternative investment funds (AIFs) pursuant to the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz) has lapsed following having been relinquished pursuant to Article 7 para. 1 no. 3 BWG in conjunction with Article 9 para. 2 AIFMG.
