The licence held by JULIUS MEINL INVESTMENT Gesellschaft m.b.H. to perform banking business pursuant to Article 1 para. 1 no. 13 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG; Bankwesengesetz) in conjunction with Article 5 para. 1 of the Investment Funds Act 2011 (InvFG 2011; Investmentfondsgesetz 2011) has lapsed following its having been surrendered pursuant to Article 7 para. 1 no. 3 BWG in conjunction with Article 7 para. 2 InvFG 2011.
