The licence of Raiffeisen-Bezirksbank Klagenfurt reg. Gen.m.b.H. has lapsed folowing the absorption of the banking undertaking into RBB AG – which was entered in the Commercial Register on 10 October 2018.
With effect from 31 August 2019 the Licence held by WPDLU Alexander Mantsch entered in the Commercial Register as A&M Vermögens- und Finanzierungsberatung e.U. has lapsed having been relinquished. The relevant administration decision in relation to this matter was legally delivered on 1 October 2019.
