Following entry in the Commercial Register (Firmenbuch) on 05 August 2020 the investment firm C-QUADRAT Asset Management GmbH (as the acquiring entity) merged with MELISA Beteiligungs GmbH (as transferring entity no. 1) and the investment firm ARIQON Asset Management AG (as transferring entity no. 2). The FMA administrative decision in this regard was legally delivered on 10 July 2020.
The licence of ARIQON Asset Management AG has therefore lapsed as of 05 August 2020 following the merger.
