The FMA warns about the electronic money institution FUNDSTR UAB. The institution’s licence to provide financial services has been revoked by Lietuvos bankas, the Lithuanian supervisory authority. Its licence has been revoked due to severe and systematic breaches of legal requirements under Lithuanian law for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as breaches of other legal provisions in relation to the monitoring of business relationships and transactions.
