Euler Hermes Hellas Credit Insurance SA (previously Euler Hermes Emporiki Credit Insurance S.A.) with its registered address as 16 Laodikias Street & 1-3, Nymfeou Street, 11528 Athens, Greece was merged into Euler Hermes SA/NV with its registered address as Arts 56, 1000 Brussels, Belgium with effect from 03.10.2017.
Following information received from the Greek supervisory authority, there are policies held by policy-holders and insured persons in Austria. Policy-holders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right of the insurance contract pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
