The Financial Insurance Company Limited with its registered office at Building 6, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5HR, United Kingdon, intends to transfer its entire non-life insurance portfolio to AXA France IARD with its registered office at 313 Terrasses de l’Arche, 92727 Nanterre Cedex, France.
It is to be assumed that policies held with insurance undertakings in Austria are also affected. In the case of universal succession, no termination right exists for insurance policyholders pursuant to Article 31 para. 4 VAG.
