Pursuant to Article 7 para. 1 no. 6 BWG the licence lapses for the transferring credit Institution upon the entry of the merger in the Commercial Register.
The cross-border merger of Hellobank BNP Paribas Austria AG with BNP Paribas S.A., was entered in the Austrian Commercial Register with effect from 11.11.2017.
