In an administrative decision dated 30 January 2024, the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) approved the merger of the investment firm Jung, DMS & Cie. GmbH (as the acquiring entity), Commercial Register no. FN 40432i, with the investment firm Top Ten Investment Consulting GmbH (als the transferring entity), Commercial Register no. FN 240984p. At the same time as the merger, Jung, DMS & Cie. GmbH has changed its name to TopTen Wertpapier GmbH.
The entry of the merger as well as the name change took place on 17 February 2024. As a result of the entry for Top Ten Investment Consulting GmbH being expunged as a result of the merger the entity’s licence has also lapsed.
Following the entry of the merger, TopTen Wertpapier GmbH (previously Jung, DMS & Cie GmbH) is authorised to provide investment advice on a commercial basis, as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 lits. a to d and h and i of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018) as well as through tied agents pursuant to Article 1 no. 44 WAG 2018 and through investment intermediaries pursuant to Article 1 no. 45 WAG 2018.
