The Austrian Financial Market Authority approved the merger of the investment firm Swiss Life Select Österreich GmbH (as the acquiring entity), Commercial Register no. FN 35682z, with the investment firm Select INVESTMENT GmbH (as transferring entity), Commercial Register no. FN 175642y, in an administrative decision dated 04 September 2023.
The merger was entered in the Commercial Register (Firmenbuch) on 30 September 2023. As a result of the entry for Select INVESTMENT GmbH being expunged as a result of the merger the entity’s licence has also lapsed.
Following the entry of the merger, Swiss Life Select Österreich GmbH is authorised to provide investment advice on a commercial basis, portfolio management, as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 lits. a to d, h and i WAG 2018 as well as through investment intermediaries pursuant to Article 1 no. 45 WAG 2018.
