and
its business address at Überseeallee 10, 20457 Hamburg
has failed to comply with a request to submit a statement pursuant to Article 14 para. 1 no. 2 of the Capital Market Act 2019 (KMG 2019; Kapitalmarktgesetz 2019) with regard to an announcement about five mandatory convertible bonds listed on www.nanofixit.com.
It is therefore hereby published pursuant to Article 14 para. 1 no. 9 KMG 2019 that Nanofixit Holding Limited has failed to comply with its obligations.
