Ormond Capital GmbH was granted a licence as an investment firm pursuant to Article 3 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018) by means of an administrative decision dated 15.04.2022, subject to two conditions precedent, that were fully met on 29.04.2022. Following its entry in the Commercial Register (Firmenbuch) and admittance to the Anlegerentschädigung für Wertpapierfirmen GmbH (AeW) since 20.04.2022 it is authorised to provide investment advice, portfolio management, as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 items a to d, h and i WAG 2018.
