The FMA will be participating in the ESMA Common Supervisory Action 2024 (“CSA 2024”) orgnaised by the ESMA Investor Protection Committee. CSA 2024 will cover the integration of sustainability rules in the processes and processes on the MiFID II suitability assessment and product governance.
