Codan Forsikring A/S with its registered office in Codanhus, [lang title="dk"]Gammel Kongevej 60, 1850 Frederiksberg, Denmark, intends with effect from 31.03.2024, to transfer its entire insurance portfolio by way of merger to Alm. Brand Forsikring A/S with its registered office in Midtermolen 7, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark. According to information from the Danish supervisory authority, contracts with Austrian policy holders are also affected.
