Foyer Santé S.A. with its registered office at 12, rue Léon Laval, 3372 Leudelange, Luxembourg intends with effect from 28.02.2024 to transfer its entire insurance portfolio by way of a merger to Globality S.A. with its registered office at 1A, rue Gabriel Lippmann, 5365 Munsbach, Luxembourg. According to the information from the supervisory authority in Luxembourg, contracts with policyholders in Austria are also affected.
