The entire life insurance portfolios of:
- Friends Life Limited (1402),
- Friends Life and Pensions Limited (1448), both with their registered address at Pixham End, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1QA, and
- Aviva Investors Pensions Limited, with its registered address at 1 Undershaft, London EC3P 3DQ,
are planned to be transferred to
- Aviva Life and Pensions UK Limited (730), and
- Aviva Pension Trustees UK Limited, both with their registered address at Wellington Row, York, North Yorkshire YO90 1WR.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, contracts with policyholders or insured persons in Austria are affected by these portfolio transfers.
