ADRIATIC SLOVENICA Zavarovalna družba d.d. with its registered office at Ljubljanska cesta 3A, 6000 Koper, Slovenia, has transferred its entire life insurance and non-life insurance portfolio by way of a merger with universal succession to GENERALI zavarovalnica d.d. (previously until 02.01.2020: GENERALI zavarovalnica d.d. Ljubljana) with its registered office at Kržičeva ulica 3, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The portfolio transfer became effective on 03.01.2020.
According to information received from the Slovenian supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
