Portfolio transfer from Aetna Health Insurance Company of Europe DAC to AWP Health & Life SA
Aetna Health Insurance Company of Europe DAC with its registered office at Alexandra House, The Sweepstakes, Ballsbridge, D4 Dublin, Ireland, has transferred its non-life insurance portfolio to AWP Health & Life SA with its registered office in Rue Dora Maar, 93400 Saint-Ouen, France. According to information from the Irish supervisory authority, contracts with insurance policyholders in Austria are also affected.
The portfolio transfer is effective from 01.12.2023. Pursuant to Article 31 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz) insurance policyholders have a termination right.
