AIG Europe Limited with its registered office in The AIG Building, 58 Fenchurch Street, EC3M 4AB, London, United Kingdom, has transferred its entire non-life insurance portfolio with insurance policyholders in the EEA (excluding the UK) and Switzerland to AIG Europe SA with its registered office at 10B, rue des Mérovingiens, 8070 Bertrange, Luxembourg.
The portfolio transfers is effective as of 01.12.2018.
Following the information received from the British supervisory authority the transferred portfolios also include contracts with policyholders or insured parties in Austria.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
