AIG Europe Limited with its registered office in The AIG Building, 58 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 4AB, intends to transfer its entire non-life insurance portfolio with policyholders in other EEA states to AIG Europe SA with its registered office at 10B, rue des Mérovingiens, 8070 Bertrange, Luxembourg.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, policies held by policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
