Allianz Risk Transfer AG with its registered office at Im alten Riet 102, 9494 Schaan, Liechtenstein, has transferred its entire insurance portfolio to Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE with its registered office at Königinstraße 28, 80802 Munich, Germany. The portfolio transfer became effective on 28.02.2026.
A termination right exists for insurance policy holders pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
