Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company with its registered address at Citypoint, 27th Floor, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, intends to Transfer its entire non-life insurance Portfolio to Bothnia International Insurance Limited with its registered address in Finland.
In accordance with the information received from the British supervisory authority, contracts with policy-holders in Austria are affected.
Policy-holders are advised about the existence of a general termination right of the insurance contract pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
