Aviva Insurance Limited with its registered office in Pitheavlis, Perth, PH2 ONH, Scotland, UK, has transferred parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to Aviva Insurance Ireland Designated Activity Company with its registered office at One Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
The portfolio transfer is effective as of 01.02.2019.
According to information from the British supervisory authorised contracts with insurance policyholders or insured parties in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
