AXA Corporate Solutions Assurance S.A. with its registered office in rue Mstislav Rostropovitch, 75832 Paris Cedex 17, France, has transferred its entire non-life insurance portfolio by way of a merger to XL Insurance Company SE with its registered office at XL House, 8 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, Ireland. The portfolio transfer became effective on 31.12.2019.
According to information received from the French supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
AXA Corporate Solutions Assurance S.A. has a branch establishment in Austria AXA Corporate Solutions Austria, Niederlassung der AXA Corporate Solutions Assurance S.A., with its registered office at Singerstraße 8/4b, 1010 Vienna, which is also affected by this portfolio transfer.
Pursuant to Article 31 para. 4 VAG 2016, in the case of a portfolio transfer by way of universal succession (merger) policyholders do not have a termination right.
