Contrary to the notice of 27 March 2020 Baloise Life (Liechtenstein) AG with its registered office at Alte Landstrasse 6, 9496 Balzers, Liechtenstein, will not transfer its entire life insurance portfolio by means of a merger to Bâloise Vie Luxembourg S.A. with its registered office at 23, rue du Puits Romain, L-8070 Bertrange, Luxembourg. An application to this effect made to the FMA Liechtenstein has been withdrawn.
