CNA Insurance Company Limited with its registered office at 20 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BY, United Kingdom has transferred parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to CNA Insurance Company (Europe) S.A. with its registered office at 35 F, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. The portfolio transfer became effective as of 01.01.2019.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, contracts are affected with insurance policyholders or insured parties in Austria.
Pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 VAG 2016 a termination right exists for insurance policyholders.
