Codan Forsikring A/S with its registered office at Gammel Kongevej 60, 1850 Frederiksberg, Denmark, has transferred its entire non-life insurance portfolio by way of universal succession to Chopin Forsikring A/S with its registered office at Gammel Kongevej 60, 1850 Frederiksberg, Denmark. The portfolio transfer became effective as of 01.04.2022.
According to information from the Danish supervisory authorities contracts with Austrian insurance policyholders are also affected.
